Software AG Acquires alfabet AG and Strengthens Market Position - 6/3/2013

Software AG (Frankfurt TecDAX: SOW) today announced its acquisition of alfabet AG (“alfabet”). An agreement to this effect was signed by the company's owners and Software AG. The transaction is subject to antitrust clearance from the Federal Cartel Office.
